They faxed an appointment reminder the day before and a dispatch notice that morning with a photo of the electrician with his qualifications and an ETA so before he even showed up I was very impressed. The home inspection we needed was quite a challenge as there were several safety issues with the 70 year old house that needed to be tracked down, isolated and repaired before the house was safe enough to buy / inhabit. He didn't leave until our several missions were completed, nine of which were easy. He was a very good electricity detective. I'll use them EVERY time I need an electrician from here on out.
